Project Manager For Enterprise-Wide AI Adoption
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI Agent capabilities for one of our largest pharmaceutical client's End User Services organization. This individual will play a critical role in helping drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and value realization across the organization as J&J expands from Copilot usage into the next phase of AI transformation through Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with change management, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and AI adoption experience. This role will partner closely with business leaders, Copilot program teams, and end users to identify adoption opportunities, develop enablement materials, track usage metrics, and drive initiatives that increase business impact from AI investments.
