Senior Manager, R&D Data, Data Science, and AI – Digital Health Neuropsychiatry

Role

Senior Manager in R&D Data Science & AI focusing on digital health for neuropsychiatry within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine. Objectives: advance digital health innovation, develop novel digital endpoints, and support neuropsychiatric treatment development.

• lead digital health strategy by partnering cross-functionally
• monitor emerging neuropsychiatry digital technologies
• design and validate AI/ML models for patient stratification, endpoints, and trial optimization
• develop multimodal data integration approaches
• contribute to regulatory evidence packages
• ensure compliance with global data standards
• collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and external partners to embed digital tools into clinical trials

• PhD/MD in neuroscience, psychology, biomedical engineering, or related field
• 6+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare data science, with expertise in digital health tools, biomarkers, neuropsychiatry, and longitudinal modeling
• experience supporting regulatory submissions and digital solution integration in clinical trials
• strong leadership and communication skills
