Role:
Senior Manager / Associate Director, EHDS Data Cataloguing, leading the identification, classification, and maintenance of Johnson & Johnson's health data under the European Health Data Space.
- oversee data inventory
- establish metadata standards
- coordinate data owners
- ensure compliance with EHDS categories
- embed cataloging processes across functions and geographies
- advanced degree in science, technology, or healthcare
- 8+ years in data management, governance, or related fields within pharma or healthcare
- expertise in clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, HL7 FHIR, HealthDCAT-AP), data cataloging, and metadata management
- experience leading cross-functional projects and working with international teams
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High Value: focus on health data under EHDS, data governance, metadata standards, clinical data standards, cross-functional leadership, international collaboration, hybrid work setup across multiple European and US locations, some travel.
Work setupWork setup: hybrid (3 days onsite weekly), multiple locations with remote options possible.
