We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Specialist Vein to Vein (V2V) Supply Chain to join our team in Raritan, NJ.

Summary:

As a Vein-to-Vein (V2V) team, we play a critical role at the center of the Autologous Cell Therapy supply chain! We support Clinical and Commercial teams from patient enrollment and order capture through treatment delivery and infusion. Our work ensures demand actualization at a by-patient level, manages Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC), and oversees the end-to-end order management process—essential pillars of the Autologous Cell Therapy treatment experience.

As a V2V Senior Specialist, you will serve as a flexible, dynamic resource supporting any site across the network, with a strong primary focus on internal manufacturing operations, including warehouse, quality, and production functions within our Manufacturing and Cryopreservation Centers. You will collaborate broadly across internal operational teams to maintain network stability, ensure operational readiness, and support the daily rhythm of end-to-end patient order journey!

In addition, you will contribute to enterprise and site-level special projects that enhance scalability, improve process robustness, and continue to build cross-collaboration across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support manufacturing and internal operations across warehouse, quality, operations, cryopreservation, and related functions, flexing to areas of the highest operational priority.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) execution across automated and manual systems.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics in partnership with couriers, supporting shipment execution.
  • Provide network-wide operational coverage, stabilizing operations during volume surges, site onboarding, or shifting demand—not limited to a fixed region or manufacturing site.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless end-to-end order execution for patients.
  • Participate in or lead special projects focused on process optimization, system readiness, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support commercial site certification activities as required.
  • Communicate operational risks, constraints, or delays proactively to team members and leadership.
  • Support the development and refinement of SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, a focus degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, and/or Engineering is preferred.
Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Planning, scheduling, or customer-facing experience.
  • Logistics or transportation experience.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to summarize and present complex operational information clearly.
  • Familiarity with critical issue management and resolution frameworks.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development.
Preferred:
  • ERP system experience (SAP or similar).
  • Familiarity with Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody
  • Experience in launch, scale-up, or start-up environments.
Other:
  • Up to 10% domestic travel, including visits to other J&J facilities.
  • Flexibility to work during west coast (GMT-7) working hours to support sites throughout the western half of the United States if business requires.
  • Flexibility for weekend coverage support
