Supply Planning Analyst

A leading medical device company is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst/Coordinator to support a critical product portfolio by managing supplier relationships and coordinating supply planning activities. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and external vendors to maintain product availability, mitigate supply risks, and support ongoing supply chain initiatives in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors across the U.S. and Mexico.
• Lead weekly and monthly supplier planning meetings to review demand, supply, and inventory performance.
• Monitor product availability and proactively address supply risks and constraints.
• Partner with Quality teams to resolve supplier‑related issues and support compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Transportation teams to ensure timely material movement.
• Support cross-functional supply chain initiatives and system upgrade activities, including data migration and validation efforts.
• Track project risks, action items, and stakeholder communications to support operational execution.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of supply planning experience.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with suppliers/vendors.
• SAP experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA experience.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical environments.
• Experience supporting external operations or contract manufacturers.
• Experience working within regulated industries.
