  • Manage broker portal access, account profiles, team mailboxes, and reporting needs to support operational visibility and effective issue management.
  • Lead recurring operational reviews with customs brokers, suppliers, and managed service providers to evaluate clearance performance, regulatory changes, service opportunities, open issues, and continuous improvement priorities.
  • Track and analyze operational metrics, including import reliability, landed-cost accuracy, lead time, FDA hold activity, broker performance, and clearance outcomes to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage issue resolution and escalation with brokers, forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to reduce clearance delays, improve responsiveness, and strengthen end-to-end import execution.
  • Support ACE account management, supplier communications, and analyst coordination to promote accurate customs data, timely updates, and compliant import activity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage broker-related budgets, service decisions, periodic statement requirements, outlay fee considerations, and other cost or compliance improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate purchase orders for Trade Advisory Services, broker services, and other service providers to ensure DePuy Synthes' requirements are appropriately documented and supported.
