Overview
Maintenance Porter role at Premier Development. Premier Development is seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to join the team at one of our luxury residential communities.
Responsibilities- General interior and exterior maintenance
- Keeping facilities and common elements clean
- Disposing of trash
- Previous laborer/cleaning experience required
- Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repair preferred
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid driver s license - no exceptions
- Must have reliable transportation - no exceptions
- Work Authorization:
United States (Required)
