Overview
Manufacturing Project Manager responsible for leading, governing, and optimizing a diverse portfolio of strategic projects within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The role focuses on end-to-end project lifecycle management, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead, govern, and optimize a portfolio of strategic manufacturing projects aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee full project life cycles including road mapping, resource allocation, risk management, financial tracking, and on-time delivery
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain to streamline end-to-end processes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across global teams and operations
- Develop and mentor project managers and analysts to strengthen internal project management capabilities
- Monitor KPIs, prepare comprehensive status reports, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and corporate governance requirements
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while responding to customer and business requirements with urgency
- Interpret and follow complex written procedures and policies
- Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team objectives
- Make sound decisions and solve problems using appropriate situational judgment
- Bachelor's degree required (discipline not specified)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management within manufacturing, logistics, or medical device environments
- Proven track record of directing large-scale project portfolios across international and multifunctional organizations
- High proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
