Alternatives, Inc. is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing department serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

* Provide skilled nursing care tailored to the unique needs of adults with IDD.

* Collaborate with direct support professionals, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centered care.

* Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and coordinate medical services.

* Advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of each individual in your care.

* Educate and empower staff, individuals, and families on health management and wellness practices.

TRAINING:

All employees are required to complete 10-15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis. Trainings are a combination of in person, which require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan NJ, and remote, using Go To Meeting. All trainings are paid.
