Location:

Raritan NJ Duration: 40/hr.

- $44.80/hr.

The Global Commercial Data & AI Contract Coordinator team supports GCDAI for eMarketplace and Statement of Work entry and follow-through for all contract requests. In-scope:

• Coordinating with Procurement and submitting eMarketplace requests on behalf of team members from across GCDAI, including:
• Initial requests for a contract
• Contract and Purchase Order (PO) amendments
• CDAs/Non-disclosure agreements
• Manage life cycle of each GCDAI agreement
• Timely follow-up on each open request to ensure follow-through
• Escalating to the GCSO Procurement Lead and GCDAI team members as needed
• Maintain contract tracker
• Providing weekly status updates via email
• Providing the sourcing contact for MSA requests and RFPs

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• At least 5 years of experience, with 2 years of previous Pharmaceutical experience (highly preferred)
• Would consider a candidate with no degree and more years of experience at Pharmaceutical
• We really value the previous Pharmaceutical experience, someone who is familiar with previous Pharmaceutical systems (highly preferred)
• Previous experience with eMarket Place
• Must be able to work together with the team
• Must value teamwork
• Previous experience with processing Purchase Orders (POs)
• Role is HYBRID, onsite 3 days a week at Raritan, NJ location
