Electrical Journeyman – Lead High-Quality Installations Across New Jersey
You will serve as a vital field leader, driving the successful execution of diverse electrical projects while managing and guiding skilled crews. Supervise and lead a dedicated team of electricians to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Interpret and execute complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure precise installations.
Install, repair, and maintain sophisticated electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and rigorous inspections to ensure all systems comply with local, state, and national codes.
Enforce strict safety protocols on every job site to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment for the entire crew.
Coordinate directly with project managers and other trades to align goals and exceed client expectations on every assignment.
Manage and order essential materials, tools, and equipment to maintain seamless project workflows and prevent delays.
Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks for field crews.
High proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Comprehensive knowledge of current electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and perform labor-intensive tasks for extended periods.
