Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is looking for professionals in the behavioral and mental health field to provide Behavioral Assistance services on a per diem basis working with at-risk youth and families across various communities in New Jersey.

• Provide behavioral intervention strategies as outlined in an individualized service plan by a licensed clinician.
• Work with youth/families in the home setting and/or in the community for 2–4 hours a week, typically on a per diem basis.
• Stabilize the child's behavior that led to crisis referrals.
• Prevent or reduce the need for inpatient hospitalization.
• Prevent the movement of the child's residence.

• Minimum high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a social services related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working one-on-one with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with privileges in good standing.
• No caseload requirement; flexibility to work as needed.

Full-Time/Part-Time Per Diem. Service hours typically range from 2–4 hours per week.
