- Develop and support Salesforce backend logic including Apex, integrations, and data models required to support CPQ and storefront workflows.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Take ownership end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, release coordination, and post-release support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and improve reliability.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure continuous service operation, including outside core collaboration hours on a periodic basis.
- Follow best practices across code quality, security, documentation, and maintainability.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive work forward with minimal oversight.
- Great attitude: proactive communication, collaborative mindset, and strong ownership.
- Must be able to work in/alongside the US timezones.
- Experience with storefront, quoting, order management, or customer-facing Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP/middleware as applicable).
- Familiarity with deployment practices (source control/CI-CD) and testing approaches.
- Experience with performance tuning and governor-limit-aware development.
