Minimum 12 years of experience in architecting Java applications
Very strong Core Java (7/8)
Object Modelling
Multithreaded programming
Hands on experience in Web Services (Rest API, Soap)
Experience in Performance Improvement, Refactoring of Java Code
Spring Framework, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Spring XD and Hibernate (Big Plus)
Understanding of Distributed Systems
Pivotal Gemfire (HUGE PLUS) - Must for certain future roles
SAP/JDE integration (Nice to have)
Agile methodology
