Gen AI Technical Lead

Job Title

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience including GenAI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing large-scale systems, including GenAI, API architectures, data systems, ML pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or other backend languages.
• Experience with API development including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Extensive experience in building and deploying ML models using Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and spaCy.
• Hands-on experience in integrating ML models into GenAI applications.
• Hands-on experience in GCP, Data Engineering, and Dev Ops.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively contribute to the development of GenAI applications, machine learning models, data engineering pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Design and develop complex systems while making critical technical decisions.
• Lead teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Remain directly involved in coding, technical design, and problem-solving.
