Senior Manager – TS AI Finance Engineering
We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager – TS AI Finance Engineering to be located in New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ.
This role leads the development and adoption of AI-powered software engineering capabilities across Finance Technology through the Signi Fi platform. This role is responsible for driving AI-enabled SDLC transformation, accelerating delivery, improving quality, and scaling reusable AI solutions across SAP Finance and enterprise applications. The position partners closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI teams, and engineering organizations to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the roadmap and adoption of the Signi Fi AI Engineering Platform.
- Drive AI-enabled software engineering across SAP S/4
HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and enterprise applications. - Build and enhance AI agents supporting functional design, technical design, code generation, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases.
- Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted software development.
- Lead global engineering teams and mentor technical talent while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate new capabilities into the platform.
- Increased adoption of AI engineering capabilities across Finance Technology.
- Improved software delivery speed, quality, and productivity.
- Expansion of reusable AI agents and automation across the SDLC.
- High stakeholder satisfaction and successful delivery of strategic AI initiatives.

Strategic Vision
This role is instrumental in transforming Finance Technology from traditional software development to an AI-first engineering organization. The Senior Manager will help establish Signi Fi as the enterprise AI engineering platform, enabling engineers to evolve from manual software development toward AI orchestration, solution architecture, governance, and autonomous delivery while accelerating business outcomes across global Finance Technology.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams.
- Experience delivering SAP Finance solutions, including S/4
HANA and SAP BTP. - Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development, Agile methodologies, and Dev Sec Ops practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or AI engineering platforms.
- SAP certifications or cloud platform experience.
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
