Senior Manager – TS AI Finance Engineering (New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ)
Key Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and adoption of the Signi Fi AI Engineering Platform.
• Drive AI-enabled software engineering across SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance, SAP BTP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Build and enhance AI agents for functional/technical design, code generation, testing, documentation, and QA.
• Partner with business/technology stakeholders to deliver high-value AI use cases.
• Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted development.
• Lead global engineering teams, mentor talent, and foster innovation/continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate new capabilities into the platform.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Engineering (or related). 8+ years leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams. SAP Finance experience (S/4
  
  HANA and SAP BTP). Strong AI-assisted software development knowledge, Agile, and Dev Sec Ops . Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning.
• Preferred:
  Generative AI/LLMs/Agentic AI or AI engineering platforms. SAP certifications or cloud experience. Healthcare/life sciences or other regulated-industry experience.
