Job Description/ Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain advanced Power Shell-based automation solutions for enterprise orchestration and system integration, including scripting (Power Shell/Python) to optimize endpoint operations within Service Now.
- Design and implement serverless, event-driven solutions using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions to enable scalable automation and real-time processing across enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Power Shell solutions with Service Now, using Git for version control and collaboration.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for effective data management and reporting within Service Now and related databases.
- Build and manage REST API-driven integrations to enable seamless interoperability between platforms
- Document processes, scripts, and workflows for knowledge sharing and future reference.
