The Document Controller will manage the full document control lifecycle, ensuring proper versioning, compliance, and efficient retrieval of documents.## Company Overview Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in early 2027 in the United Arab Emirates, is an opulent beachside destination designed for relaxation and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full document control lifecycle including creation, formatting, revision control, distribution, and secure archiving.
* Maintain master registers for all F&E documents and ensure proper versioning and naming conventions.
* Track document reviews, outstanding revisions, and coordinate approvals.
* Maintain structured digital filing systems and ensure documents are indexed correctly for rapid retrieval.
* Manage compliance records for authorities and track expiry/renewal requirements for statutory documents.
* Coordinate document submissions from vendors and contractors.## Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality settings.
* Experience as a document controller or administrative assistant in engineering, construction, or facilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.## Benefits
