Salary: 1600 AED

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of sales management experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient operational processes.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure growth and revenue targets are achieved
• Manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to expand business opportunities
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback to ensure high levels of productivity
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales activities to senior management
• Analyze market trends to identify potential new customers or opportunities for growth
• Stay up to date on industry developments in order to develop competitive strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales management role
• Knowledge of sales techniques & principles, marketing techniques & principles, product knowledge & delivery methods
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
