About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Channel Distribution Manager - Revenue Management to join the resort’s hotel revenue management team.
Responsibilities- Lead the execution of the pre-opening distribution strategy, supporting market entry, brand positioning, and long-term profitability.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and validation of all distribution and revenue systems (CRS, Channel Manager, PMS, RMS) prior to opening
- Own onboarding and activation of all third-party distribution channels, including OTAs, wholesalers, and contracted partners, ensuring timely readiness and brand aligned positioning
- Implement rate architecture, channel specific pricing, and restrictions aligned with opening strategy, demand timelines, and target segments
- Establish and optimize the channel mix across Direct, OTA, wholesale, and contracted channels to balance visibility
- Ensure accuracy, rate integrity, availability control, and content consistency across all channels during pre-opening and post opening phases
- Prepare and present pre-opening booking scenarios, and distribution performance insights to senior leadership
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of revenue and distribution team members, embedding strong governance from day one
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Distribution and revenue management within luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and technical skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS G3, Rainmaker, or similar), PMS (Opera Cloud preferred), Channel Manager (e.g., Syn Xis, Derby Soft or HBSi), Excel, SQL and Power BI.
- Extensive experience in working with competitive intelligence and market analytics platforms (e.g., CoStar (STR), Fornova, Lighthouse, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment.
