Position: Manager - Contract Services

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Contract Services to join the resort’s Contract Services team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Contracting & Negotiation:

Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, amendments, and Statements of Work.

Structure contractual terms to appropriately allocate risk, including liability, indemnity, insurance, and performance obligations.

Ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and legal positions in all agreements.

Review and validate contract commercial terms, including pricing structures, payment milestones, and total contract value.

Support preparation of contract summaries and key commercial inputs for internal approvals and purchase orders.

Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks throughout the contract lifecycle.

Procurement & RFP Support (Services):

Support the preparation, coordination, and execution of RFPs and RFQs for outsourced services in collaboration with user departments.

Review and contribute to scope of work, commercial structures, and contractual terms during the RFP process.

Lead the contractual and commercial evaluation of bidder submissions, including identification of risks, deviations, and gaps.

Support bidder clarifications, negotiations, and alignment of final commercial and contractual positions prior to contract award.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as the primary interface between user departments, Procurement, Legal, and Finance during contract development and negotiations.

Translate business requirements into clear contractual terms and structures.

Facilitate resolution of commercial and contractual issues with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Contract Governance & Compliance:

Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, approval processes, and applicable regulations.

Manage contract lifecycle activities, including execution, tracking, amendments, and renewals.

Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation and filing.

Support resolution of contractual disputes and commercial issues with suppliers.

Monitor key contractual obligations and highlight risks, gaps, or non-compliance.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 9+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial roles involving service agreements
  • Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
  • Demonstrated experience supporting RFP processes for services, including contract and commercial evaluation
  • Strong understanding of contract risk allocation, commercial structures, and governance frameworks
  • Ability to work across Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of complex work
  • Proficient in MS Office; contract management systems experience is an asset
