SAP PP​/QM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4

HANA implementation for a leading organization in the Power Generation Equipment – Sales, Rental & Service sector. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4

HANA Production Planning and Quality Management solutions to optimize manufacturing operations and product quality. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Production Planning, Quality Management, and integration with related SAP modules.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–9 years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands‑on expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
• Experience in at least two end‑to‑end SAP S/4
  
  HANA manufacturing implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Production Planning:
  Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Discrete/Repetitive Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, and BOM/Routing management.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management:
  Quality Planning, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Certificates of Analysis, and Quality Info Records.
• Experience integrating PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, and Finance modules.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Manufacturing, MES integration, and shop floor data collection.
• Knowledge of engineer-to-order (ETO)/make-to-order (MTO) processes relevant to Power Generation Equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for production and quality processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Willingness to work onsite at the client location in Dubai, UAE or Dammam, KSA.
  Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solutions.
  Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather production, planning, and quality requirements from business stakeholders.
  Configure MRP, production orders, capacity planning, BOMs, and routings to support manufacturing operations.
• Configure quality planning, inspection plans, inspection lots, notifications, and certificates within SAP QM.
  Design and implement end‑to‑end manufacturing processes for discrete and/or repetitive production environments.
  Integrate SAP PP/QM with Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Plant Maintenance, and Finance modules.
  Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments for custom requirements.
  Support data migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
  Conduct end-user training and provide functional guidance to production and quality teams.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP Best Practices, industry regulations, and project quality standards
