- Monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, MIS reports, and status reports
. - Track project KPIs, budgets, resources, and overall progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain RAID logs - Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies.
- Support project governance, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate project meetings and track action items to closure.
- Identify project delays and cascade reports to closure.
- Support portfolio reporting and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Management.
- Strong Excel and Power Point skills.
- Experience with MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Primavera P6, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of project governance, reporting, risk management, and project lifecycle.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
