Our client is looking for a Strategy Manager – Performance Enablement to join a leading public sector organisation in RAK
, responsible for strengthening the organisation's performance excellence framework and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Performance
, the role will work closely with senior leadership and business units to drive KPI performance, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Design and institutionalize the organisation-wide performance excellence and KPI framework
- Translate strategic priorities and Vision 2030 into measurable objectives, KPIs and targets
- Monitor organizational performance, identify gaps and root causes, and drive corrective action
- Develop executive-level performance reports, dashboards and insights for senior leadership
- Partner with Sector Heads and business units to drive accountability and performance improvement
- Develop performance policies, governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
- Willing and able to work in RAK
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field;
Master's/MBA preferred - 5+ years' experience in strategy consulting, driving corporate performance excellence, or a combination of consulting and in-house roles
- Big 4 strategy/consulting experience highly preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with KPI frameworks, driving performance and dashboards
- Strong data analysis, Power BI/Excel and performance storytelling skills
- Experience working with senior leadership in complex organizations
- UAE/GCC or government/public-sector experience is an advantage
