Videographer & Editor

Role Overview:

The Videographer & Editor will be responsible for capturing and producing compelling visual content that brings the ecosystem to life.

This role supports brand awareness, PR initiatives, executive visibility, and digital engagement through high-quality video production and editing. The ideal candidate combines technical production skills with creative storytelling, ensuring Innovation City maintains a modern, dynamic, and technology-forward visual presence.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive visual content strategy aligned with Innovation City’s brand positioning as a leading technology and innovation hub.
• Capture high-quality video and photography content across company events, speaking engagements, partnership signings, office spaces, and ecosystem activities.
• Lead the production and editing of engaging video content across digital and social media platforms, including short-form videos, interviews, event recaps, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create visually compelling storytelling that enhances Innovation City's visibility and brand authority.
• Manage and optimize video content workflows, ensuring timely production, editing, motion graphics integration, and distribution across platforms.
• Leverage creative tools and motion graphics to develop dynamic tech-focused visual assets that resonate with startup founders, investors, and tech professionals.
• Stay updated on digital content trends, social media formats, and emerging visual storytelling techniques to maintain a modern and innovative brand presence.
• Maintain and manage a structured media library of visual assets, ensuring consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
• Support coverage of blockchain, fintech, AI, and startup-related events to reinforce Innovation City’s thought leadership presence.

• Bachelor’s degree in media production, film, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in videography, editing, and content production, preferably within technology, startups, or corporate environments.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Experience producing high-impact digital and social media video content.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging visual narratives.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment with quick turnaround times.
