Assistant Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager in Ras Al Khaimah with a strong background in UAE taxation, financial reporting, and ERP systems. This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting who can handle end‑to‑end finance operations, including finalization of accounts and budget forecasting.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting business decision‑making through accurate financial insights.

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting and finance operations in a manufacturing or industrial company.
• Handle finalization of accounts, financial statements, and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE taxation, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Prepare and analyze budget forecasting, financial planning, and cost control reports.
• Work extensively on ERP systems for accounting, financial reporting, and data management.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits in UAE.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and support team development in finance operations.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision‑making.

• 5–6 years of experience in accounting jobs in UAE, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, taxation, and financial compliance requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
• Expertise in finalization of accounts, financial reporting, and audit handling.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for cross‑functional coordination and reporting.
