Aboutthe Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Cage to join the resort’s Cage team.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily cage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures
- Oversee cashier team members, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all financial controls, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash levels, chip inventories, and vault operations, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting
- Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for senior management and regulatory authorities
- Provide exceptional guest service, resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally
- Support audits, inspections, and reviews by internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patron experience within cage operations
- Assume the role of most senior cage representative on property in the absence of the Assistant Director
- As the role operates 24‑hour days, 7‑days a week, the Assistant Cage Manager will be required to work shifts and weekends on a rotational roster
- Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience in cage operations, banking, or financial services, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cashiering, cash handling, and financial control procedures
- Experience in large‑scale integrated resorts or internationally recognized gaming environment preferred
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and financial compliance practices in regulated industries
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and gaming management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
