Job Description About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Clerk – Payroll to join the resort’s Finance Team.

• Support payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, benefits, and deductions
• Verify and reconcile payroll data (attendance, overtime, and adjustments)
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely salary, bonus, and compensation payments
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Assist with month‑end/year‑end closing, audits, and payroll‑related financial schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, UAE regulations, and collaborate with HR and stakeholders for smooth payroll operations

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required; a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll management, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, systems, and best practices
• High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
