Cashier, Finance & Banking

Responsibilities

• Accurately process cash, cheque and card payments from customers for vehicle services, parts and sales.
• Ensure all receipts, invoices and payment records are correctly issued and documented.
• Arrange and prepare bank deposits in compliance with company policies.
• Close job cards promptly and ensure proper financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Prepare and submit ad hoc reports, financial statements and any other required documentation as needed.
• Follow all financial guidelines and compliance measures to prevent fraud or errors.
• Provide professional, friendly and efficient service to customers to enhance their experience.
• Address customer queries related to payments, invoices and financial transactions in a timely and helpful manner.
• Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure seamless processing of transactions.
• Support dealership operations with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to policies, procedures, standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct and values.
• Maintain cash flow records, balance daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
• Compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Efficiency in completing month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support provided during audits with minimal findings.
• Provide excellent customer service maintaining the financial standards required to meet the business objectives.
• Maintain goodwill and long-term loyalty of customers and partners through excellent service.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus).
• Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the automotive or luxury brand sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel).
