Relationship Manager - Priority Banking

Job Purpose

Manage Priority Banking relationships within the assigned region to achieve financial and service targets, drive New-to-Bank and New-to-Product customer acquisition, grow the customer base, and maximize cross-selling across investments, assets, and liabilities. Provide tailored investment advisory services to HNWIs, gather market and customer insights, and collaborate with Branch Managers and relevant business units to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve business objectives.

• Ensure achievement of financial and business objectives for the Priority Banking segment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with customer TATs, internal SLAs, and Consumer Protection requirements.
• Drive budgeted acquisition of New-to-Bank (NTB) and New-to-Product (NTP) customers through Relationship Managers and branch distribution channels.
• Promote NBF Priority Banking products and propositions, and achieve investment sales targets by providing tailored advisory services to HNWIs.
• Conduct customer profiling, financial assessments, risk profiling, and required due diligence in line with KYC, AML, and internal policies.
• Monitor products, service levels, and processes, providing market intelligence and innovative solutions to improve portfolio quality and customer experience.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to minimize application rejection rates and support the overall quality and growth of the customer portfolio.

• 8+ years of retail banking experience with 2+ years in Priority Banking segment similar field.
