RAPCO Investment PJSC is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to lead and strengthen its compliance and governance framework across a diversified investment platform spanning Real Estate Equity Capital Markets and Venture Funding
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage the company-wide compliance framework
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations including AML CFT and sanctions
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators
- Advise Senior Management and the Board on regulatory and compliance risks
- Review new business initiatives from a compliance perspective
Board-level exposure with strategic impact
Competitive remuneration
Based in Ras Al Khaimah a fast-growing emirate with a high quality of life
LLB mandatory (master s degree or compliance certification is a plus)7 10 years of experience in compliance or legal roles within UAE or GCC financial services
Strong regulatory knowledge, advisory capabilities, and stakeholder management skills
