As a Guest Relations Agent at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will be the key point of contact for guest services, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. You will deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out, coordinate requests, and provide guests with information about property amenities, services, and local attractions.
Responsibilities- Process all guest check-ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue and activate room keys.
- Handle all payment types, including room charges, cash, credit, or charge card transactions.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Coordinate agents, room service, housekeeping, and other internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Build and provide a memorable experience for guests throughout their stay.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hospitality experience.
