Located on Hayat Island, Inter Continental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort featuring rooms, villas, residences, restaurants and award‑winning spa & leisure facilities.

We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle transactions, and anticipate their needs to ensure a memorable experience.

• Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
• Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
• Making the check‑in and check‑out process swift and seamless
• Staying a step ahead of guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
• Being the guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations

• Strong communication skills – guests will need to approach you with concerns and compliments
• Problem‑solving skills to convert issues into opportunities
• Fluency in Arabic; additional language skills are a plus but not essential
• Literate and tech‑savvy with basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills
