• Offer the full range of spa treatments to required brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with municipality regulations.
• Actively retail spa products, offering homecare solutions and suggestions to every guest.
• Achieve retail targets set by the department manager.
• Follow room setup standards to ensure each treatment room is fully prepared before the guest arrives.
• Maintain correct time management; all treatments must commence on time and last the correct duration.
• Spend any unallocated shift time driving awareness within hotel facilities or organized off‑site events.
• Manage product stock in treatment rooms, ensuring products are refilled and kept in good condition.
• Control product usage during treatment to manage GOP and reduce waste.
• Support spa attendants in maintaining cleanliness standards and take ownership of cleaning the assigned treatment room.
• Deliver an unrivaled guest experience for each guest by following department SOPs.
• Stay true to product brand standards and understand the meaning of a brand promise.

• Well groomed and presentable appearance.
• Strong technical skills in treatments.
• Excellent upselling ability.
