Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a seasoned General Manager for its South-East Asian restaurant to lead all facets of operations, service, and financial performance. You will ensure impeccable guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and drive revenue while managing costs and people.
Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in fine-dining leadership, international exposure, strong budgeting skills, and Sommelier knowledge; a hospitality degree and WSET Level 2 are a plus. UAE experience preferred.
