Housekeeping Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
What You Will Be Doing- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas as per the Rixos Bab Al Bahr standards
- Ensure impeccable room presentation, including bed making, amenities replenishment, and final inspection
- Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service while respecting guest privacy
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly
- Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams
- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of luxury service standards is an advantage
