Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Reservations Agent to welcome guests and reflect the exceptional experience they expect from Mövenpick.
You will handle room reservations, input rooming lists, and assist guests with information and special requests, aiming to maximize revenue through up-selling.
The ideal candidate has at least two years’ relevant hotel experience in the UAE, is fluent in Arabic and English, and proficient with Opera PMS.
