, you’re not just fulfilling the daily operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate their needs whenever possible, and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment: clean and maintain pools and beach area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and other surrounding spaces.
• Manage towel supply: collect used towels, restock clean ones, and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
• Monitor facility usage: observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and address or report issues promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, hotel standards and enforce facility rules when required.
• Working closely and effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team environment.

The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.

• Previous experience in recreation preferred.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Forbes service standards preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Ability to stay outdoor long hours.
