Bell Attendant

Summary

We are seeking a Bell Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and other guest needs during their stay at our establishment.

• Greet guests upon their arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
• Handle luggage storage and delivery requests
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas
• Assist with valet parking services when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance

This position is based at The Cove Rotana - Ras Al Khaimah.
