Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager - Catering & Banquets to lead the resort's Food & Beverage banquet operations. You will manage event planning, coordinate with departments, and ensure service excellence across all banquet functions.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in five-star banquet operations, strong leadership, English fluency, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. A hospitality degree is preferred, with shifts and a high-pressure environment part of the role.
