Job Description- Operational Oversight:
Supervise hotel departments during assigned shifts. - Guest Relations:
Address and resolve guest concerns and service requests. - Coordination:
Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless service. - Incident Management:
Respond to emergencies and document incidents. - Reporting:
Compile shift reports and communicate key updates to management.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
