Job Description Guest GreetingWelcome all guests upon arrival and provide assistance
Guest InteractionAnswer guest inquiries and offer directions or recommendations
PresenceMaintain a professional presence in the lobby area at all times
CommunicationLiaise with Front Office and Guest Relations teams for guest needs
ObservationMonitor lobby activity and report issues or concerns
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive demeanor and polished appearance.
