As a Hostess, you’re not just greeting and seating guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for every guest.

• Welcome and delight our guests:
  Greet every guest warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest queries:
  Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent experience.
• Know the menu and restaurant:
  Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, products, promotions, and restaurant seating arrangements to confidently assist guests.
• Assist with reservations and seating:
  Manage seating arrangements efficiently and assist callers courteously, taking accurate messages and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
• Maintain professional standards:
  Follow Hilton Grooming Standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene requirements.
• Follow procedures and regulations:
  Report issues through the correct procedures and comply with hotel security, fire, health, and safety regulations.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
• Strong commitment to guest service
• Excellent grooming and professional standards
• Flexible and a strong team player
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
• Cash-handling experience is an advantage
