Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
Aboutthe Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Front Office Greeter to join theresort’s Front Office – Resort Tower Operations team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Escort guests to the front desk or designated check-in area and assist with luggage coordination.
- Provide basic information about the resort, amenities, and services.
- Coordinate with bell staff, concierge, and front desk to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
- Support VIP and special guest arrivals with personalized attention.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized entrance/lobby area in the Resort Tower.
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival times.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent luxury experience.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, approachable personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
- Standing for extended periods and occasional outdoor work (e.g., greeting at entrances).
- Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
