About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor – Pool Services to join the resort’s Pool Services team.

• Supervise the daily performance of assigned Pool Services Attendants and operational colleagues across pool, beach, cabana, daybed, recreation, and guest service areas.
• Assign daily work locations, zones, colleague deployment, break coverage, and operational responsibilities based on business levels and operational requirements.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, VIP arrivals, events, weather conditions, occupancy levels, service focus points, and operational updates.
• Monitor colleague productivity, grooming, professionalism, service delivery, task completion, and adherence to departmental standards.
• Provide coaching, training, mentoring, and performance feedback to attendants and assigned colleagues.
• Support onboarding, skills development, task training, Forbes service preparation, and continuous development of newly hired colleagues.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage, zone presence, and operational support are maintained throughout the shift.
• Escalate operational concerns, staffing issues, performance challenges, guest complaints, maintenance delays, and service gaps to the Assistant Manager – Pool Services.
• Lead by example through visible floor presence, professional conduct, hands-on operational support, and confident guest engagement.
• Foster a positive, accountable, disciplined, and service-oriented team culture.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service in accordance with Forbes Five-Star standards and Wynn luxury hospitality expectations.
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout pool and beach areas to monitor service delivery and guest comfort.
• Support attendants in anticipating guest needs, preparing guest setups, providing timely assistance, and delivering personalized service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with guest concerns, service recovery situations, special requests, and operational follow-up.
• Ensure VIP guests, casino guests, cabana guests, daybed guests, and special event guests receive appropriate service attention and operational support.
• Partner with Head Hostess, Cabana Receptionists, Pool & Beach Hostesses, Food & Beverage, Recreation, Resort Services, Housekeeping, and Security to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure all guest-facing areas are maintained to a luxury standard throughout the day.
• Oversee daily floor operations across pools, beach areas, cabanas, daybeds, recreational facilities, guest service stations, and assigned operational zones.
• Ensure all areas are fully prepared prior to opening and restored appropriately during closing procedures.
• Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing inspections to verify cleanliness, setup, equipment readiness, presentation standards, and operational functionality.
• Verify readiness and placement of furniture, umbrellas, towels, amenities, water stations, cabana supplies, daybed setups, equipment, signage, and guest service stations.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, presentation standards, and operational readiness throughout the day.
