Director of Housekeeping

As a Director of Housekeeping – Female, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department in a commercial or residential setting. The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness of all rooms and common areas
• Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies
• Handle guest feedback and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain budgets and control costs within the department
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management role
