- Guest Assistance Greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide towels, umbrellas, and other amenities.
- Safety & Supervision Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policies and safety regulations, Report any hazards or emergencies immediately.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, beach areas, lounge chairs and other recreational facilities, Ensure all poolside and beachfront furniture is arranged neatly.
- Towel Service Distribute and collect towels, keeping an accurate record of inventory and ensuring the availability of clean towels for guests.
- Pool & Beach Setup Arrange loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, and beach furniture according to guest needs and property standards.
- Water Safety & Quality Report any water quality concerns to the appropriate department to ensure proper chemical balance and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Equipment & Supplies Management Ensure that all pool and beach equipment is in good working condition, Report any damages or maintenance requirements.
- Lost & Found Follow the hotel s lost and found procedures for any items left behind by guests.
- Service Coordination Work closely with lifeguards, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to enhance the guest experience.
- Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility Promote eco-friendly practices by minimizing waste, reducing plastic use and following sustainable water conservation practices.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service roles is an advantage. - Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods in an outdoor environment. - Customer Service
Skills:
Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate with recreation, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
