We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative functions for a manufacturing/FMCG environment. The role is responsible for establishing HR systems, policies, compliance, workforce development, HSE coordination, and general administration while ensuring full alignment with UAE Labour Laws and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and KPIs
  • Lead manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development
  • Drive performance management, succession planning, rewards & recognition
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, attrition, and change management
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll inputs, and attendance
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, statutory regulations, and audits
  • Coordinate HSE, employee health & safety, risk assessments, and compliance
  • Handle industrial relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and legal matters
  • Manage HR budgeting, cost control, and cost-optimization initiatives
  • Act as an HR ambassador with government bodies and external authorities
Candidate Profile
  • 10–15 years of HR experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role in the UAE
  • Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry (MNC preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & statutory compliance
  • Hands‑on leadership with blue‑collar and white-collar workforce
Packages Include
