A prominent HR consulting firm is seeking a Senior HR Executive. The candidate should be bilingual in English and Arabic and have at least 5 years of HR experience. Responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, managing recruitment, policy implementation, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is required, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
